Information submitted to SoundRights is used to review, evaluate, prepare, and support rights enforcement matters on behalf of verified rights holders or authorized representatives.
Information may be shared with relevant digital platforms, distributors, rights departments, content management systems, legal teams, or counterparties only where necessary to advance the case the user has submitted.
SoundRights protects submitted information using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the materials handled.
Users may request review, correction, or deletion of personal information held by SoundRights, subject to legitimate operational and recordkeeping requirements.
