A Structured Process for Verified Rights Enforcement

SoundRights follows a documentation-first process designed to protect legitimate rights holders and avoid unsupported or abusive claims.

  1. 01

    Intake

The rights holder or authorized representative submits the case details, disputed links, identifiers, and initial evidence.

  2. 02

    Documentation Review

SoundRights reviews the rights basis, authorization, ownership materials, metadata, and supporting proof.

  3. 03

    Claim Strategy

SoundRights identifies the relevant platform, distributor, rights department, or escalation path and prepares the claim structure.

  4. 04

    Enforcement Package

A structured evidence package is prepared with release data, platform links, ownership proof, authorization, and requested action.

  5. 05

    Submission / Escalation

SoundRights contacts the relevant party on behalf of the verified rights holder.

  6. 06

    Follow-Up

SoundRights tracks responses, requests updates, provides additional documentation where needed, and supports the dispute toward resolution.

  7. 07

    Case Closure

The case is documented and closed when the requested action is completed, declined, resolved, or transferred to legal counsel where necessary.
